Welcome to MenuPak. By accessing or using www.menupak.com("Service", "MenuPak", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use MenuPak.

1. About MenuPak

MenuPak is Pakistan's first live restaurant price index. We publish menu prices, restaurant information, and comparison tools for educational and informational purposes only. MenuPak is not a food delivery service, online ordering platform, or payment processor. We do not take orders, process payments, or handle deliveries.

2. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

You agree that:

• Prices may change without notice
• Promotional offers and deals have expiry dates and conditions
• MenuPak is not liable for price discrepancies between our site and the actual restaurant
• You should confirm final prices directly with the restaurant before visiting or ordering

3. No Affiliation with Restaurants

Restaurant names, logos, and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners. MenuPak is an independent price index and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant listed, unless explicitly stated (e.g., "Featured" or "Premium" paid listings, which are clearly labeled). Listing a restaurant on MenuPak does not imply partnership.

4. Restaurant Listings and Claims

If you represent a restaurant listed on MenuPak, you may:

• Contact us to claim or verify your listing
• Request corrections to menu items, prices, or contact details
• Request removal of your listing (we typically honor such requests within 7 business days)
• Upgrade to a paid tier for enhanced visibility (Featured/Premium)

All claim requests must come from an official restaurant email or verifiable business contact. Email us at support@menupak.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from MenuPak without written permission
• Republish MenuPak content on other websites without attribution and consent
• Use MenuPak for any illegal purpose or in violation of Pakistani law
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service
• Upload malware, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity

Violations may result in IP bans, legal action, or both. Suspected fraud will be reported to Pakistani authorities under PECA 2016.

6. Intellectual Property

The MenuPak name, logo, website design, database structure, and original written content are the property of MenuPak and protected under Pakistani copyright and trademark laws. You may link to MenuPak pages freely and share content on social media with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content for commercial use without written permission.

Restaurant menu data is factual information compiled through original research and verification. While facts themselves cannot be copyrighted, the compilation, structure, and presentation on MenuPak are our protected work.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

MenuPak may contain links to third-party sites (Google Maps, restaurant websites, Foodpanda, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. You visit them at your own risk.

8. Advertising and Affiliate Links

MenuPak may display advertisements (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links (including Foodpanda, Daraz, etc.). We may earn commissions when you click affiliate links or make purchases through partner platforms. This does not affect the price you pay. All sponsored content is clearly labeled.

9. Disclaimers

MenuPak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All prices and restaurant details are perfectly accurate at all times
• The site will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, MenuPak, its operator, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Price discrepancies between our site and actual restaurant pricing
• Decisions made based on information displayed on MenuPak
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of data
• Third-party content or services accessed through MenuPak

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MenuPak shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MenuPak harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016) and applicable consumer protection laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MenuPak shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of MenuPak after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to harm the Service, without prior notice.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
